For compatibility with other digital cameras drive the BASLER A113 with a

single ended SYNCIN pulse. Use two 100 Ohm resistors in series between pin 38 &

42 of 62 pin D-connector to provide a voltage level above GND for the /SYNCIN

input of camera.
